Many readers may want to read some general health news daily. To please those readers, starting on May 1, foodconsumer.org will publish daily health news articles provided by HealthDay.com, a premium health news provider.

However, publishing the mainstream news articles does not mean we endorse any opinions reflected in the articles. We publish mainstream news articles here so readers may have some idea what's going on currently in the mainstream media. We expect some messages or opinions may be contradictory to our philosophy, knowledge and or opinions.

In the meantime, foodconsumer.org news articles will focus on food, diet and related health issues. You can learn something on this web site that you can't from any mainstream news sites.

Still, we encourage you to sign up for our newsletter. We have said it that we do not publish all goodies on the site. Goodies are sometimes very informal and provocative, so we'd better put such information in our newsletter. After all, those who sign up deserve some good treats.

So far, we have not sent a single issue yet, because the number of subscribers is still small and we can not afford to start sending newsletters yet. We know many readers have not recognized the importance of their diets to their health. We hope many may wake up soon to take care of their diet so they can be healthy.

As always, we appreciate your patronage and we hope you can benefit from this food and diet news site. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.
