(Makes four sandwiches) 1/2 pound firm reduce-fat tofu, mashed Combine all ingredients. Adjust seasonings if necessary. Serve on whole-wheat bread with lettuce and sliced tomatoes. 2 tablespoons fat-free Nayonaise
2 teaspoons stone-ground mustard
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon each: cumin, turmeric, garlic powder

6 lettuce leaves
6 tomato slices
