Recipes Chocolate Pudding This is delicious, old-fashioned chocolate pudding. 2 cups fortified soymilk or rice milk Combine milk, cocoa, cornstarch, sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan. Whisk smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until pudding is very thick. Pour into individual serving dishes and chill.
