Here is a easy to use pork chop recipe originated by Hallie Guilfoyle and published on allrecipes.com. It is a popular pork chop recipe.  The one released here is a slightly modified version intended to potentially better its taste and flavor.

Ingredients

12 pork chops

1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, preferably freshly ground

2 onions chopped

1 cup of freshly sliced mushrooms, preferably shiitake

4 cans of condensed golden mushroom soup

1/2 teaspoon starch

(Prepare as much or as little as you want)

Directions

1) Heat oven to 375oF or 190 degree C.

2) Rinse pork chops, pat dry and season with salt and pepper and place them in baking dish.

3) Mix onion, mushroom, soup, and starch in a bowl and pour it over the chops.  Starch is used to thhicken the mix so it can be coated on pork chops well.

4) Cover the pork chops and baked them in the preheated oven at 375 oF for 60 minutes. Make sure the inner temperature of the chops reaches at 160 oF.
