Media reports say doctors are going to hold a press conference to announce that Bret Michaels is expected to fully recover from his brain Hemorrhage.

Bret Michaels has reportedly been able to talk adn walk after he suffered a massive brain hemorrhage last month.

It is not clear when his doctors plan to hold the press conference. But one thing for sure, Bret Michaels is a luncy man.

Bret Michaels Brain Hemorrhage

Bret Michaels, a 47-year old American signer who is best known as the lead vocalist of the glam metal band Poison, was rushed to intensive care late Thursday because of a severe headache.

Bret Michaels was then diagnosed with a brain hemorrhage or Subarachnoid hemorrhage - bleeding at the base of his brain stem, and is now in critical condition, his publicist was cited as saying Friday.

Mr. Michaels underwent an emergency appendectomy April 12 after complaining of stomach pains and he late said on his website that the surgery went well and he is recovering.

Bret Michaels lives with type 1 diabetes, which was diagnosed when he was six years old, according to wikipedia.

Type 1 diabetes increases risk of various cardiovascular problems including coronary artery disease with chest pain, heart attack, stroke, narrowing of the arteries and high blood pressure.  Michaels' brain hemorrhage may have something to do with his diabetes.

About 65 percent of people with diabetes die of some type of heart or blood vessel disease, according to mayoclinic.com.
