Yeah, I purchased the above laptop on line this morning before 6 AM only to find out later, at 11:49 AM, that they were out of stock. Staples is unwilling to take care of the situation. We gave up a place in line at a store this morning because we had an order confirmation that said we purchased on on-line!

The same thing happened to me! They did not tell me until 6 hours later that it was out of stock...yet I received a confirmation of sale number at 6:05. This was a SCAM!

I was on-line @ 3:30 am , sytem was slow but not too bad. Finally placed my order and confermation #. Just had to wait until Tuesday(today) for delivery....... And now it's in my greedy little hands. Sorry if you didn't get one. There's always after Christmas Sales.
