HTC EVO 4G
Sprint Nextel Corp today said it will start selling the THC EVO 4G phone from THC Corp, which will support its WiMax high-speed wirelss service.
The screen of the phone is 30 percent bigger than the screen of the Apple's iphone and subscribers can watch videos and do web browsing comfortably.
The HTC EVO 4G will be available this summer and he price will be announced when the device is launched, Sprint said.
The HTC EVO 4G will support Sprint's CDMA network and the higher speed WI-max network run by Clearwire Corp in which Sprint has about 56 percent stake.
HTC EVO 4G is a Android-powered phone and subscribers can use over 30,000 apps for the android market.
Some other features of this HTC EVO 4G include 2 cameras with an 8.0 mega-pixel, mobile hotspot capability of connecting up to 8 WI-Fi-enabled device, 1GHz snapdragon processor, capability of being connected to HDTV, GPS navigation, digital compass, downloading, viewing, and sharing HD-quality content from your phone, mobile HDTV experience, messaging, personal and business email, IM and texting, visual voice-mail and others. This HTC EVO 4G can also be used to shoot and upload videos instantly to the internet.
