News from Fluoride Action Network (PR)

Apologies for the broken links in last bulletin. We are using a new server and hopefully the links will work this time! 

It has now been 24 hours since we sent out the first appeal in our annual fund raising event. As of 3 pm today we had received 14 donations for a grand total of $921 (from this has to be subtracted the cost of the book and mailing). When we receive another $78, this will be doubled to $2,000 by one of our fundraising angels.

We have come along way in the 10 years since Fluoride Action Network was formed because of the generous support from people like yourself. So please help us edge closer to the final victory we all want: an end to fluoridation worldwide.

Our goal is $50,000 by midnight Dec 31.

PREMIUMS:

· New book: The Case Against Fluoride... signed by co-author Paul Connett for a donation of $51. Two books for $102 etc.

· DVD: Professional Perspective on Fluoridation, for a donation of $20 or more.

· DVD:  An Interview with Chris Bryson, for a donation of $20 or more.

· Chris Bryson's book: The Fluoride Deception. We have four copies; hardback, published in 2004, for a donation of $45.

All donations are welcome no matter how large or small. In fact the more donors we get helps us with potential foundation support, because they usually want to know how many supporters we have. So please don't be shy about sending us donations of  $5, $10 etc. All will be gratefully received and gladly added to the total.

Some sad news. 

We have heard from Gene Burke that Anita Knight the lovely fluoridation fighter from St. Petersburg, Florida is gravely ill. Over the last few months she has put up a very brave fight against cancer and is currently receiving hospice care.

I am sure you will all want to add your voice to mine and thank this tireless fighter for our cause for all the many, many things she did in this battle over many years.  Thank you dear Anita; brave, brave soul and fearless fighter.
