There are foods that improve your sex life. The following are some common ones.
Hot chilies contain a chemical called capsaicin, which increases circulation to get the blood pumping and stimulating the nerve endings so you’ll feel more turned on.
Asparagus is rich in folate, a B vitamin that helps increase production of histamine, which plays an essential role in sex drive for both men and women.
Avocado helps to increase both male and female libido. It contains very high levels of folic acid, it assists in metabolising proteins that provide you more energy. Avocado also contains vitamin B6 (a nutrient which improves male hormone production) and potassium (which helps to regulate a woman thyroid gland.)
Chocolate contains the chemical phenylethylamine, which is a natural mood booster.
Bananas help to boost male libido. Bananas have lots of potassium.
Oysters contain zinc, which is a mineral that boost up the production of testosterone. It helps produce semen.
Red wine contains resveratrol, an antioxidant that helps boost blood flow and improves circulation before and during sex. Prior to having sex, men should avoid drinking too much alcohol, which can damage sperm.
Salmon is packed with omega-3 fatty acids and helps keep sex hormone production at its peek.
