Female Viagra promising
One British study in rabbits suggests that an experimental drug made by Pfizer may some day be used to treat sexual arousal dysfunction in about 5 percent of women with the condition.
Chris Wayman said cited by ABC News that the drug like Viagra would not create desire, urge or drive, but increase blood flow to the female genitalia helping maintain greater physiological arousal.
A small percentage of women with sexual dysfunction do not have sufficient blood flowing to the area and in these women sex can be painful and unpleasurable and libiodo can decrease. Increased blood flow to the genitals can help relax the vagina, improve lubrication and increase sensation.
Early the company tried Viagra to treat sexual arousal disorder in women, but the drug that have helped million men to have better sex did not seem working as well in women with female sexual arousal disorder or FSAD.
