Noni juice comes from noni fruits of a tree in the coffee family, Rubiaceae. Noni fruit is high in carbohydrates and dietary fiber, but its juice has sparse amounts of these macronutrients.

Noni juice is found relatively high in some nutrients including vitamin c, niacin or vitamin b3, iron, and potassium. It contains also moderate amounts of vitamin A, calcium and sodium.

What's special in noni juice includes a number of phytochemicals including lignans, oligo-and polysacharrides, flavonoids, iridoids, fatty acids, scopoletin, catechin, beta-sitosterol, damnacanthal and alkaloids.

These compounds have been studied for their bioactivity, but studies did not find much of an effect on human health, according to wikipedia.

One noni juice based product - Tahitian Noni Bioactive beverages - contains  12 iridoids, which have been tested for its effect on cardiovascular health, immune function, energy and endurance, antioxidant protection and joint health, according to nonijuice.us.  But it is unknown whether this product has any effect on such conditions.
