Grandma's leftover turkey soup recipe

This is an easy  leftover turkey soup recipe.

Ingredients

Turkey leftovers
Turkey drippings
Giblets without liver
Quartered yellow onion
Chopped carrots
Parsley
Thyme
bay leaf
Celery tops
Peppercorns
Seasoning

Instruction on making a turkey soup

Add turkey meat, leftover bones of the carcass into a stock pot or crock pot.

Fill the pot with cold water by an inch.

Add drippings ad giblets.

Add yellow onion, some chopped carrots, a bit of parsley,thyme, bay leaf, celery tops and some peppercorns.

Bring to a boil and then simmer.

Add some salt and pepper.

Cook everything in the pot at 180 - 200 oF for about 4 hours.

Add seasoning - poultry seasoning, sage, thyme, and a bouillon cube.

Add some cooked noodle.

Continue cooking  5 to 10 minutes
