The ruling on jurisdiction was issued on Tuesday, April 22, 2009. The Good News is the Federal Trade Commission Administrative Law judge - “Judge Chappell” acknowledged the fact that Daniel Chapter One is indeed a ministry, unfortunately he ruled that the FTC still jurisdiction over Daniel Chapter One. Therefore the formal hearings commenced April 23.

In December of 1996, I wasn’t feeling well.  I, Tracey Kulikowski, was suffering from sharp pains on my side and in my chest.  I thought it was a common cold or stomach flu.  I made a call to my family practice doctor to make an appointment.  He had gotten me in within two days.  He ran blood work along with a lot of other tests.  Gave me some antibiotics and sent me home.

Within a week, my doctor had called me to let me know that he was sending me to a specialist, because of my blood work coming back with a lot of questions.  I have to say I was a little nervous.  When I went to the specialist appointment, I had realized that he was an oncologist (a cancer doctor).  I just stood there in the lobby stunned.

When I walked into the office and then lead into a room, I was shaking.  The doctor come in and started off with a joke to try and make laugh.  It worked!!  Anyway, he proceeded to talk to me about my blood work.  My white cell count was off the charts; my red blood cells were low.  Basically, I was scheduled to have a MRI that afternoon.

So I have the MRI and was told that the cancer was leukemia.  There were tumors on my liver, behind my heart, and one on top of my brain.  The tumor behind my heart was inoperatable   along with the one on top of my brain stem.  He wanted to start doing chemo and radiation immediately.

From the beginning of January to May I did chemo and radiation.  My hair was gone along with other hair on my body.  I, Tracey Kulikowski, was so ill that I couldn’t hold anything down in my stomach and every muscle in my body hurt.  Even trying to lie down took a lot of effort.

The doctors said that I had to have chemo and radiation round.  I was so under weight, sick and sore and tried to explain this to them.  They didn’t care what I was feeling.  He said that everybody feels horrible.  Well, I kept asking questions and he didn’t like the questions so he refused to talk about it anymore.  This is where I decided to take my health into my own hands and to see what else could help me besides chemo!

After this all happened I finally called my dad to let him know what was going on with my health.  He said everything is going to be OK.  That is what “Dads” do.

Well, my Dad called up Jim and Trisha Feijo at Daniel Chapter One.  My dad and Jim talked over my symptoms along with where are the tumors and the prognosis.  After he talked everything over with Jim and Trish Feijo, he ordered 7 Herb Formula, BioMixx, BioShark (shark cartilage) and the GDU.  I was taking shots of the 7 Herb Formula 8 times a day.  Every morning, afternoon, and evening I was taking the BioShark, BioMixx, and GDU.
It seemed like I started feeling better overnight.  I followed this regiment for 3 weeks until my doctor’s appointment.  My oncologist reordered another MRI and blood work.  When they got my MRI and blood work back they were confused.  The blood work showed that my white cell count had dropped dramatically and the tumors.  Well, the one on my liver had gone down by 45%, the one behind my heart was 60% smaller and the one in my brain was down by 65%.  My doctors couldn’t believe it.  When I told them what I had been taking they immediately said that couldn’t have done it.  Of course, they offered chemo and radiation again.  I told them that I would try the radiation one more time but that I was going to continue taking my vitamins.

This went on from July through September of 1997.  Over those months, the tumors kept shrinking and the doctors basically, started to tell me to continue with what I am taking along with the radiation.  I stopped the radiation at the beginning of August.  It had taken a huge toll on my body.  Slowly, I got back to working out.  I started to feel like myself again.  I was happier, eating more but making my meals a lot healthier.

In October of 1997 I went in for my monthly check-up with my Oncologist.  Basically went in for more blood work and a MRI to see how the tumors were doing.  When the results came in for my blood work, my white cell count was down to 642 and my red cell account was back to normal.  I was in shock.  My white and red cell counts were back in the normal range.  My doctors and I were completely in shock.  The MRI came back a while later and we were still in shock that this news just put us all over the edge.  My tumors on my liver, behind my heart and in my brain were completely gone.  This was just the icing on top of the cake.  We all basically came to the conclusion that “God” does amazing things.  In my case, it was having faith in God, taking everything that I could take from Daniel Chapter One and exercising. 

From December of 1996 through October of 1997, I had fought a battle with leukemia with tumors on my liver, behind the heart and on my brain and I won.  This was the hardest battle I’ve ever had to deal with.  From being on rock bottom and losing my hope around May or June of 1997.  In July, August, and September changing my life style to make it healthier and getting my relationship with God back on track.  The best news came in October when I was told that my leukemia was in remission.

After a year of check-ups and blood work coming out normal I was given the two thumbs up.  My doctor appointment were then every six months and now, 10 years later, I have the blood work when I go in for my yearly check-up with my family doctor.  I have been cancer free for 10 years and to this day, I still take my Daniel Chapter One products.  I, Tracey Kulikowski, fully believe that the vitamins, along with the 7 Herb Formula and Shark Cartilage are what saved my life 10 years ago from Leukemia.  There has been “no sign” of cancer or elevated white blood cells.
