SATURDAY AUGUST 2, 2008 (foodconsumer.org) -- According to the Environmental Working Group, many fruits and vegetables contain a variety of pesticides, and for those fruits and vegetables, consumers would be better off eating organic types. For instance, apples and potatoes often contain a wide spectrum of pesticides.
