I must remind the public food is not medicine and the best way to avoid diabetes is to do physical work. My mother died of dibetic complications and my sister has the disease now. My glucous level was recently recorded at 80 and I'm 61 years old. Despite extensive family history with diabetes I've maintained perfect health by doing physical work and heavy weightlifting following an anaerobic, low-oxidative fast twitch training program. My proof is validated by 37 years of performing weightlifting. But I also eat spinach too.
Get yourself a Vitamix, with mine I am able to easily consume 8 ounces of spinach every single day in the form of a very delicious and nutrious and filling smoothing. Take 4 cups spinish, 1 apple, about 5 oz of pineapple and a banana, blend (puree) and drink. This is my lunch, no hunger afterwards and I've lost 15 lbs in about 2 months and it has stayed off in the 4 months since with this single change.

Yes physical exercise is very important but so is the diet. You need to do both to combat the disease. What you EAT is so important even if you are on medication and the right choice of foods can help keep you off medication. Now we are hearing that how much fat you eat is more important that the sugar. I'm blogging about my experiences as a newer diabetic. Take a look at diabetestype2info.***

Sadly the true inofrmation about diabetes is kept from the people by the drug companies.

The drug companies made billions off of diabetics last year and so did the so called charity.

A filmmaker has been reversing diabetes in many countries WITHOUT MEDICATION and it is still not told to the USA people

Just google SPIRIT HAPPY DIET

How is the filmmaker any better than the drug companies?

All he wants is money.
Apparently 'the true information about diabetes is kept from the people' by the filmmaker as well.

Why won't he tell? Afraid it won't make him rich, like the drug companies!

If you 'just google SPIRIT HAPPY DIET' make sure you have your wallet ready!
