										<description>Ok, so I tried your recommendations and to be honest I think all of the children that I cooked was dark meat so that was a bonus.  That being said, it was very tough and a little difficult to find a butcher willing to make it into steaks.  But I am very glad that it was high in iron as I don&amp;#039;t think I will be cooking children again as the price of beef has dropped so significantly.</description>
