										<description>While my turkey was juicy, it was very tough. I did not brine it and cooked it at 250 until an intternal temp said 165. It was cooked in a roater bag. I a wonder what could cause a roasted turkey to be tough and rubbery.&lt;br /&gt;

										<description>I live in Maine and brought a pre cooked Turkey  family dinner from the Shaws store. A whole 12 lb tyrkey with all the sides It was the best turkey i have ever had it was a butterball wraped just like it was raw but it was fully cooked  and it was Butterball turkey i would like to buy this again. And also my co workers. Where can i get this product? I called the Shaws store but they said it only comes with all the sids not just the turkey. Maybe you cann tell me who the vendor is.</description>

										<description>I bought a turkey breast and placed it in my refrigerator section to thaw.  The instruction on the breast said it would thaw in 34-48 hours.  It is now Christmas morning and it is still now thawed.  My fridge temp is 36 degrees which is normal according to the manual.  It says it should be from 34-38F.  How long can I hold this breast before I can use it?  Obviously I am not having turkey for Christmas!  Thanks.</description>

										<description>@Pete,2 days will usually thaw most whole turkeys. It&amp;#039;s likely you have a cold spot in your frig. Refrigerators work just like air conditioners, they blow air colder than what the targeted temperature is to cool down the rest of the air until that temperature is reached. There&amp;#039;s a spot in your frig where that air comes out and it&amp;#039;s close to freezing if not sub-freezing. Items to close to the refrigerator&amp;#039;s internal vents will stay colder or thaw slower. My frig shoots it&amp;#039;s air straight down from the back of the frig. If I place a carton of eggs on the top shelf, the row of eggs touching the back of my frig will be completely frozen, though the avg temp reads 36F in there.</description>
