										<description>If your turkey gets done before everything else, the best way to keep it moist and hot is to take it out of the oven and imediately cover the whole turkey with foil.  Then take some newspaper and wet it slightly with warm/hot water.  put the damp warm papers on the foil.  Then take some bathtowels and cover the newspaper.  This will keep the bird moist and hot for hours.  I&amp;#039;ve done this many times.  Now I plan on having the turkey done a little early so I don&amp;#039;t have to stress about all the timing, and that frees up the oven for rolls or whatever;o)  Happy thanksgiving everyone!!</description>
