YES, yes and yes. please spread this info. women need to know all this to help prevent pregnancy problems and prematurity. i was just at an event i later found out was all paid for by a drig company making the drugs for premature babies, and believe me, no one in the "system" of caring for preemies are interested in prevention thereof.... women need to self educate. change their lifestyles for the better because the "system" is not going to help them. a mother is totally responsible for the future health of her baby and everything she does or doesn't do while pregnant matters...

im in child development now to learn more about a healthy pregnancy. if there is any way you could help me find out what the emtional symptoms are in the second trimester, i would deeply appreciate it.

As a board certified OB/GYN and a lifetime member of the American College of OB/GYN, I am APPALLED at some of the suggestions you put forward here as good science. There are so many inaccurate statements, I don't know where to begin. The most glaring are your recommendations against immunization and against soy consumption. While mixed in with some relevant advice, the spread of this type of misinformation which flies in the face of the most comprehensive peer-reviewed evidence makes your article to be propagandist at best.
