I have felt the same way and think it's a travesty how our Managed Health System has turned into a monster rife with fraud and abuse. In the medical field myself, it's no mystery why prices are so high. I could take cash only patients for less money or take insurance cash for well over-inflated prices.

Don't get me started on the FDA...
