Information on former U.S. Presidents, including biographies, is available  from
the White House website. For additional information on past  presidents, please
visit the Library of Congress website.
Presidents' Day is always observed on the third Monday in February to honor  the
former Presidents of the United States. This year, Presidents' Day is  February
15, 2010.

envelope is:
The Honorable (President's name)
The proper form for  the salutation in the letter is:

to plan, develop, and carry out activities to honor former  president Reagan on
