										<description>The sun would be the best source of vitamin d if only it was not winter.  In the UK now it is sunny but the UV index is 1 so no vitamin d.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
When the UV index is below 4 you will make little or no vitamin d.  There is almost no vitamin d in food. Take the supplements.</description>
