If Monsanto had believed the genes inserted into the corn was safe it would not have pulled it from the regulator process. On the other hand if you believe anything EPA, FDA or USDA says, you have a strong belief in some unnamed scientist who may be putting your life at risk when they regulate a dangerous product. If there wasn't some danger, it would not go through the regulatory process.
