Just to clarify, NDM-1 is an enzyme that breaks down certain commonly used antibiotics. The gene that codes for this enzyme can easily be passed from one species of bacteria to another, which I believe may make this article seem confusing. NDM-1 can be found in bacteria including Klebsiella pneumoniae, which causes bacterial pneumonia and urinary tract infections, and E. coli.

Superbugs won't cease until stop or minimize antibiotic use.

We are throwing fuel to the fire!

I recovered from MRSA by using physician strength stabilized allicin. Allicin is from garlic and has to be stable or it won't work against super bacteria.
Isn't it ironic that something so small and simple like garlic is able to beat super bacteria when all of the greatest minds combine are failing?
Just takes a little common sense.
