All hail kale!

This quick and easy salad is very sweet and tasty, not to mention its filled with superfoods packed with nutrients that will help you fight disease, and look younger!

Simply take a huge bunch of organic kale, a full handful wash, dry and chop it - making sure to remove the stems.

Place in bowl.

Add 1-2 cups cold clean organic blueberries, a cup of chopped organic walnuts (tons of antioxidants!), and 2 kiwis skinned and sliced or diced.

Toss it altogether and stir in 2-3 tbsp of your favorite raspberry vinaigrette.

This makes a great meal, a wonderful snack or side-dish. If you don't like walnuts, cashews work well also.
