**MINNEAPOLIS - May 9, 2014 -** Medtronic (NYSE: MDT) will host an institutional investor and analyst meeting on Thursday, June 5, 2014, in New York City from 8:30 a.m. to approximately 1:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time. The meeting will include remarks from the Medtronic management team highlighting the company's strategy for executing on its growth vectors to expand its market leadership position, delivering consistent and reliable performance, and creating long-term shareholder value.
