**MINNEAPOLIS - May 13, 2014 -** Medtronic, Inc. (NYSE: MDT) announced today it will report financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2014 on Tuesday, May 20, 2014\. A news release will be issued at approximately 6:15 a.m. Central Daylight Time and will be available at [http://newsroom.medtronic.com](http://newsroom.medtronic.com/?ref=foodconsumer.org). The earnings news release will include summary financial information for Medtronic's fourth quarter and fiscal year, which ended April 25, 2014.

Medtronic will host a webcast at 7 a.m. Central Daylight Time to discuss financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year end.
