**MINNEAPOLIS - Aug. 11, 2014 -** Medtronic, Inc. (NYSE: MDT) announced today it will report financial results for the first quarter of its fiscal year 2015 onTuesday, August 19, 2014\. A news release will be issued at approximately 6:15 a.m. Central Daylight Time and will be available at[http://newsroom.medtronic.com](http://newsroom.medtronic.com/?ref=foodconsumer.org). The earnings news release will include summary financial information for Medtronic's first fiscal quarter which ended July 25, 2014.
