**DUBLIN - June 4, 2015 -** Medtronic plc (NYSE: MDT), the world's leading medical technology company, today announced it will participate in the 36th Annual Goldman Sachs Global Healthcare Conference on Wednesday, June 10, 2015, in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA.

Omar Ishrak, chairman and chief executive officer of Medtronic, will answer questions about the company beginning at 8:00 a.m. PDT (10:00 a.m. CDT).
