**Sonoma Flatbreads to Launch New Gourmet Pizzas Made With Organic Ingredients at Natural Products Expo East**

**COLUMBUS, Ohio – September 16, 2015** – On September 17th, before an audience of trade visitors in the natural, organic, gluten-free and healthy products industry, the emerging brand Sonoma Flatbreads will be introducing its new line of organic pizzas at Natural Products Expo East in Baltimore, MD.

Appealing to health-conscious and discriminating pizza lovers alike, the new 10” organic pizza line includes Spinach & Feta, Uncured Pepperoni, Chicken Sausage & Peppers, and Four Cheese. Each pizza contains between 72% and 79% organic ingredients. There are no artificial flavors, colors, or ingredients. The uncured pepperoni is nitrate and nitrite-free, while the chicken is all-natural. SRP is $6.99\. 

**Serving It Up at Expo East**

The Jane’s Dough Foods booth at Expo East will be #2815\. In addition to the new Organic Sonoma Flatbreads, four existing GFCO-certified gluten-free pizzas will be available for sampling. The gluten-free pizzas include Uncured Pepperoni that is nitrate and nitrite-free; Three Cheese featuring smoked provolone with parmesan and Romano, antibiotic-free Chicken & Fire Roasted Peppers, and Fire Roasted Vegetable.

The Sonoma Flatbreads line was first introduced into the Kroger “Nature’s Market” set in their Columbus, Ohio, division in January 2013\. Within the first 12 months, Sonoma Flatbreads became the #1 best-selling gluten-free pizza brand in the set. Since then, retailers including Albertson’s, Costco, Fresh Thyme, Gelson’s, Giant Eagle, Heinen’s, Hy-Vee, Marsh, Meijer, Shaw’s, Wal-Mart, Woodman’s, and numerous independent retailers across the country have taken on the line. Distributors include UNFI, Bozzuto’s, Daniel Foods, DPI, KeHE, Lipari Foods, Merry Milk Maid, Sherwood, and Unified Grocers.
