The concept of Wellness is typically a hot topic within the healthcare community. Developing and implementing a wellness program that maintains an individual's functional ability can be an involved and complex process.

Through TMC's involvement with partners in continuing care retirement communities (CCRC's) one innovative [wellness services](http://www.therapymgmt.com/?ref=foodconsumer.org) solution they have undertaken is the utilization of videos designed and created by TMC's clinical experts to provide a guide for delivery of wellness classes.

Using their educational platform, "TMC University of Health and Wellness", these videos are filmed on location and then distributed to the communities serving as a guide and training tool for onsite fitness professionals to utilize. Videos can be shown during a class session so that the instructor is free to actively participate with the class to assist with proper technique, execution, or stabilization during performance of the activities.

This approach enables the instructor to provide more one-on-one attention than otherwise would be possible for the various levels of strengthening and balance programs they currently offer. TMC plans to continue to expand its library of video offerings to include Zumba, X-fit for seniors, golf fitness, and more.
