Those who are concerned about their email security or privacy now can use [protonmail.ch](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ProtonMail?ref=foodconsumer.org). When the founders started raising funds to develop their email services, many major news media outlets reported the email service. This email service is probably the best available for the time being. The email boasts the following highly desired features:

1) Protonmail.ch servers are located in Switzerland. The operators claim they are "out of US and EU jurisdiction and user data is protected by Swiss data protection laws.

2) The protomail.ch server management does not have access to email data and no one else can either. They provide end-to-end encryption to protect the data and only the owner of an account has access to his account and views the data using a second security pass, which remains unknown to neither server management nor anyone else. Because of this feature, the email users may use his email box to store private documents. Many file storage services are provided in the U.S. Although the transmission between users' local computer and the file despot servers are secured, the servers may be wide-open to the server managers and others.

3) Unlike google and other email service providers who keep asking for your private information from time to time in the name of your email security and safety, this protonmail.ch email service provider does not collect personal data from the users such as IP, phone number and address etc.

4) The protonmail.ch email service is free. However, it is unknown how much free server space is available for users. It is possible that when users use excess resources, they may be required to purchase additional server space for their accounts.

5) Every easy to use the protonmail.ch email service.

6) Protonmail.ch interface design is very user-friendly.

Right now like always, the server space is overbooked. You will need to pre-order your protonmail.ch email address. First, you go to protonmail.ch, and check if the address you wanted is available. And if it is available, then secondly,

you need to give the site a current email address which will be used by protonmail.ch to send you a notice when the server is ready.
