Dear Readers:
Incredibly just after 5:40 pm today FAN reached its mini-goal of $90,000. This means the pledge fund of $8,425 nowkicks in.
Our current total is $98,546 from 468 donors, just $1,414 away from our “impossible” goal of $100,000 by midnight tonight.This has been the most exciting fundraising day we have ever had. We have watched as 73 people donated $8,321 since 9:45 am.The donations kept coming and coming in all day – both large and small - and many with personal notes of encouragement. I really feel that in mobilizing for this Fluoridation Fighting Fund we have galvanized a Fluoridation Fighting Team. I can’t wait for this team to spring into action next year.
A huge Thank you to all who have donated so generously. Your incredible support has been an inspiration to the whole FAN team. Needless to say we will use every penny wisely to help rescue as many communities as we can from this foolish practice.
But there is still a little work to do. We have to raise another $1,414in the next 6 hours to reach our goal of $100,000. If you would like to help you can do so either using the donation feature on our website (details) or send a check made out to FAN at 104 Walnut Street, Binghamton, NY 13905, but email us (paul@fluoridealert.org) to let us know a donation is on the way so we can keep an accurate tally right up to midnight Dec 31.
Don’t forget that we are entering the names of every donor (large or small) into a raffle. The winner will receive a very rare item. A copy of the book The Case Against Fluoride signed by all three authors. We will make the draw on Jan 8, 2013 to give sufficient time for all mailed donations to have reached us.

For today ONLY we are slashing the donation levels for all our premiums, and they are only available to U.S. residents because of mailing costs. Please note that all premiums have been made in the U.S.

Yes incredibly FAN has raised approximately $4000 in four hours this morning from 38 donors, bringing us to $87,054 from 431 donors.
Don't forget that if we reach $90,000 today a pledge fund of $8,500 kicks in bringing us very close to our $100,000 goal. We need another $3,000 - that's 30 people at $100 each or equivalent. We are nearly there. Can you help us achieve our "impossible" goal?
