Online learning center provides more than 40 courses for U.S. risk managers and
other insurance professionals
ATLANTA (September 22, 2014) - Broadspire® announced today that it is launching the Broadspire Client Academy, an online learning center for U.S. risk managers and other insurance professionals.
The Broadspire Client Academy may be accessed from the Broadspire's U.S. website at www.choosebroadspire.com/us. Broadspire is a leading global third-party administrator of workers compensation claims, liability claims and medical management services.
Developed with the needs of the risk management professional in mind, the Client Academy provides a centralized resource for technical training, Broadspire news, white papers, industry Web links, and other related services for both clients and insurance professionals. Users who register for the Academy will also have access to a library of more than 40 specialized courses that address essential topics within the areas of risk management, the legal environment, claims management, and medical management.
"Based upon early-and ongoing-customer feedback, we are confident that the Client Academy will be a valuable tool in helping employers reduce claims exposure and expense," said Bijan Bijarchi, vice president of Client Services Operations, Broadspire. "The launch of the Academy represents the first phase of an extensive plan to provide more industry relevant educational services to our customers."
Broadspire worked closely with a number of its clients to gather their detailed opinions on the preferred specifications for a robust learning program, and the Academy reflects the learning resources required by risk analysts, case managers and adjusters to effectively perform investigations, analysis and mitigation of claims costs.
The Academy's courses have been carefully selected and condensed from expanded, state-approved Continuing Education (CE) courses. They are designed to appeal to time-constrained professionals needing efficient learning who are unable to meet the greater time commitment necessary for Continuing Education credit courses. Online courses for CE credits are available by visiting the Knowledge Management Center atwww.kmcondemand.com, which is the learning unit of Broadspire's parent firm Crawford & Company.
