DECEMBER BULLETIN #24
Dear Readers:
Including today, we have just 5 days left to reach our goal of $100,000 in our crucial annual fundraiser. Tomorrow we will be releasing a very exciting new educational tool as an example of the kind of thing we can do more of if we have a substantial fighting fund. You will not be disappointed!
Our current total is $53,503 – which means we have a long way to go. Some would say this was an impossible task (but they told us the same about ending fluoridation!); however here is a strategy to make it possible.
I have started to line up a number of our most generous supporters to pledge that they will donate a substantial sum if we can reach $70,000 by midnight Dec 31 and I think $70,000 is doable.
So far we have raised a magnificent $7,500 in pledges.
So now we have to raise money on two fronts.
We need as many smaller donations as we can get to reach $70,000. This means raising $16,497, which could be achieved by 165 donations at $100, or the equivalent.
Meanwhile, we need more of our heavy hitters to raise the total of pledges as close to $30,000 as we can get (remember we already have $7,500 pledged). We are looking for pledges of $500 and up. You will pay us nothing if we don’t reach the $70,000 mini-goal.
Remember all donations are tax-deductible.
The race is on! Stay tuned. Please help us reach $100,000 in our 2013 fluoridation fighting fund. Our fundraising totals will be updated regularly on our home page (www.FluorideALERT.org ) and in these daily bulletins.
If you would like to make a donation you can either use the donation feature on our website (details) or send a check made out to FAN to FAN, 104 Walnut Street, Binghamton, NY 13905. We prefer the latter for the bigger donations because it saves us a handling charge, but email us (paul@fluoridealert.org) to let us know a donation is on the way. Remember every donation of $10 or more will receive a free copy of our DVD Professional Perspectives on Water Fluoridation.

Premiums
A visual image of each premium can be accessed on the FAN webpage. Please note the size of your donation ($21, 41, 51 etc) is a code for us to know which premium you want.
- For a donation of $21 you can receive a FAN bumper sticker.
- For a donation of $41 you can receive the FAN coffee mug.
- For a donation of $45 you can receive your choice of one of the other books on fluoride (see updated list below)
- For a donation of $51 you can receive a FAN T-shirt. If you order a T-shirt please indicate in a separate email toEllen@fluoridealert.org what size you want (small, medium, large, or X-large).
- For a donation of $61 you can receive a FAN tote bag.
- For a donation of $101, you can receive a copy of The Case Against Fluoride signed by the lead author.

After you have made your donation of $45 please send us an email to indicate which book you would like. As there are a limited number of these books available please have an alternative.
