A former Standard University swimmer was said to be given a six-month jail sentence for sexually assaulting an unconscious woman in January 2015.  Prosecutors recommend six years in prison, according to a CNN report.  The case document is available here.The ruling angered so many people that a petition had been initiated on change.org to have an election to remove the Judge.   At this time, more than 100 thousands of people have signed the petition and 20 thousands of additional signatures could trigger the recall process.
