Foods that have too much brain-damaging aluminum salt
Studies linking aluminum to brain harm are gathered here: raised blood aluminum tied to dementia, worse symbol-digit coding scores among people who drank contaminated water, and occupational exposure linked to poor memory and depression. Aluminum in food ranges up to 27,000 mg per kilogram.
Chemical
Aluminum foil, containers and cookware may contaminate dairy products
A Journal of Food Science study found 65% of market milk samples carried aluminum above permissible limits, with processed cheese wrapped in foil reaching 428% of the provisional tolerable daily intake. The authors call the levels a health hazard.

NEW Studies Reveal Alarming Hidden Cause of Breast Cancer
Russell Blaylock reviews studies finding higher free iron and ferritin in the breast ductal fluid of cancer patients, with ferritin five times higher and aluminum about twice as high. He argues iron released from its binding proteins matters more than iron intake.

Black tea contains more fluoride than ever thought
A Medical College of Georgia study found black tea can carry up to 9 milligrams of fluoride per litre, nearly double the earlier estimate of 1 to 5. Four patients with advanced skeletal fluorosis had each drunk one to two gallons of tea daily for 10 to 30 years.

Aluminum damages your brain
Mice given aluminum chloride in feed for 100 days showed raised malondialdehyde, lowered superoxide dismutase and dose-dependent nuclear DNA damage in brain cells, Chinese researchers report. They suspect oxidative stress, though the mechanism remains unclear.

New Warning About Everyday Poison Linked to Alzheimer's, ADHD, and Autism
Radiologist David Ayoub argues the aluminum used as a vaccine adjuvant may be far more toxic than thimerosal, pointing to high aluminum readings in toxicity profiles of autistic children and of middle school students with ADHD. The piece introduces a Mercola interview with him.

Aluminum sulfate found in deodorant stones and sprays
Potassium alum, or potassium aluminum sulfate, turns up in crystal deodorant stones and sprays. The claimed Alzheimer's link rests on one incident: a 1988 spill of 20 tons of aluminum sulfate into a town's drinking water, followed two decades later by high Alzheimer's incidence there.
