"Fearless, Fabulous You!" is, or will be, available at Barnes and Noble, Books a Million, The Market Place by The Blaze, Books and Things, Amazon, and many other great bookstores.

"My goal with 'Fearless, Fabulous You!' is to help you recharge your mental batteries, release negative energy and embrace positive change, reconnect with your amazing talents, reframe negative situations, and reclaim life on your terms. It is based on my own transformational journey after facing breast cancer and my father's death, all while working non-stop running my business and not taking enough time to heal emotionallypost-treatment. I decided to change how I lived to manage stress better and have a healthier lifestyle," said Young. "When I speak around the country, people have shared their concerns of feeling 'stuck.' It can happen to anyone facing or desiring a change. You ask yourself, 'How do I want to live the rest of my life?' I believe in order to make a change in your life, you have to start with making healthy changes from the inside out."

Her first book, "Getting Things Off My Chest: A Survivor's Guide to Staying Fearless & Fabulous in the Face of Breast Cancer," (Cedar Fort Publishing & Media) received the 2014 International Book Award for cancer health topics. This detailed and spirited guide helps newly diagnosed women navigate their breast cancer journey with handy checklists, questions to ask and tips to manage treatment, side effects and well-being.

"Getting Things Off My Chest," is available at Barnes and Noble, Books a Million, The Market Place by The Blaze, Books and Things, Amazon, and many other great bookstores.
