The National Toxicology Program's 12th Report on Carcinogens lists tamoxifen as known to be a human carcinogen, citing a causal link to endometrial cancer in humans. The same entry notes conclusive evidence that tamoxifen reduces the risk of cancer in the opposite breast.

Consumption of alcoholic beverages is known to be a human carcinogen - official report
The National Toxicology Program's 12th Report on Carcinogens lists alcoholic beverages as known human carcinogens, citing consistent evidence for cancers of the mouth, pharynx, larynx and esophagus, with risk rising as intake rises, and weaker evidence for liver and breast cancer.

Drinking Alcohol linked to breast cancer
Following 87,724 postmenopausal women in the Women's Health Initiative, researchers found that one or more drinks a day roughly doubled the risk of lobular and hormone receptor-positive breast cancer, but saw no increase in the far more common ductal type. Type of drink made no difference.
