Healthy Recipes: Walnut Chai Tea Loaf
Dana Jacobi's tea loaf for AICR steeps three chai teabags in boiling water and folds the brew into unbleached and whole-wheat pastry flour with applesauce, canola oil, egg whites, sugar and walnuts. She says the light sweetening keeps it from causing a sugar rush.

The Worst Possible Place to Eat if You Want to Stay Healthy
Dr. Mercola argues against fast food after McDonald's and Target dropped Sparboe Farms, cited for at least 13 violations of salmonella prevention rules. He points to a study in which 23% of caged-hen farms tested positive for salmonella against just over 4% of organic flocks.
