Truco Enterprises is launching On The Border Creamy Monterey Jack Queso in jars, blending Monterey Jack, Asadero and Smooth Blanco cheeses with tomatoes, spices and mild peppers. The company reports its queso ranked fifth in the category, with dollar sales up over 17% in 2010.
